Need help placing an order?
Our customer service is available from 9:30 AM – 12:00 AM (ET), Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays) at (013) 6913777. To place an order, you can Whatsapp anytime — we’re available 24/7.

Are the items in stock?
Yes! We carefully manage our inventory to ensure the items you want are in stock and ready to ship.

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items are shipped daily around 2:00 PM (excluding holidays).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship internationally.

How long does delivery take?
We use J&T, PosLaju for shipping:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • Sabah / Sarawak: 1–5 working days
    Delivery time depends on your location. If you haven’t received your order after 5 days, please contact us.

Can I ship to my office address?
Yes, we can deliver to your workplace.

Will others know what I ordered?
No. All orders are discreetly packaged with no visible product details.
