Privacy Policy

PAWERFUL ENTERPRISE (CT0101516-P) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Secretnite Shop online store at secretnite.com.my. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account on our store, we collect the details you provide at checkout or registration, such as your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, and phone number. We also collect your order details, including the products you purchase and any order notes you add.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, email, or our contact form — for example with an order enquiry or a support request — we collect the information you share with us so we can respond. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide.

Like most online stores, our website also collects basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to help keep the store secure and working properly.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process and fulfil your orders, arrange shipping and delivery, and send you order confirmations and tracking details;
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
  • Manage your store account and order history;
  • Send you newsletters and special offers if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • Improve our store, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing of information

To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address, and phone number with our delivery partners (J&T and PosLaju, as listed on our Shipping & Delivery page) so they can deliver your parcel and provide tracking. All orders are packaged discreetly, with no visible product details on the outside of the parcel.

Payments are processed through the payment options listed on our website (PayPal, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank); your payment details are handled by the respective payment provider when you pay.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies to keep items in your shopping cart, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some store features may not work properly without them.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
