Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Secretnite Shop. By placing an order, you agree to the version of these Terms published on this page at the time of your order.

2. Where We Sell

We sell and deliver within Malaysia only. We do not take international orders at present.

3. Prices

All prices shown on this shop are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfer (our main payment method): After placing your order, transfer the order total to the bank account shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. We will process your order once your payment is confirmed.
  • Billplz: You may also pay online through Billplz.

We do not accept PayPal or card payments through a standalone card gateway.

5. Dispatch and Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Delivery time after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days. Next-day delivery may be possible in major cities, while rural areas may take 2–3 working days.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days, and up to 8 working days for remote areas, depending on flight schedules.

These delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier (J&T / PosLaju). You can track your order on our Order Tracking page.

6. Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for orders over RM88 (West Malaysia) and over RM168 (Sabah & Sarawak). For orders below these amounts, shipping is RM7 (West Malaysia) and RM15 (Sabah & Sarawak).

7. Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your size carefully before ordering, and feel free to message us on WhatsApp (+60136913777) if you are unsure about fit.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us on WhatsApp so we can advise you.

8. Colours and Sizes

Product colour is as shown in the picture for the option you selected. Unless a product states otherwise, sizes are Free Size (Fits Most).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
